Hi, and thanks for stopping by. I’m Chris Monaco, a creative director, designer, and team leader with nearly two decades of experience helping brands break through the noise. From campaign launches to full-scale rebrands, I’ve had the privilege of working with top-tier media and entertainment companies like NBCUniversal, Peacock, NFL, and Viacom, as well as collaborating across a wide range of industries and platforms.

I specialize in turning strategy into standout creative, whether that’s through key art, motion, or brand systems. My passion lies in connecting design to purpose, helping brands not just look great, but mean something. I believe design should inspire, inform, and drive results.

Over the years, I’ve led cross functional teams, mentored designers, and managed complex campaigns with high visibility and tight turnarounds. I thrive in collaborative environments where creativity and business goals align and I’m always thinking about what’s next.

I’m now focused on continuing to grow as a creative leader, pushing toward executive roles where I can shape not just the work, but the culture, systems, and strategy behind it. My long term goal is to contribute as a VP or Head of Design, guiding teams to create purposeful, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant work.
